RaSOLUTION NO. 62-45 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />ADOPTING AND SU~ITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br /> ALLOCATED FRO~ THE STATE HIGHWAY FU~D TO CITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of <br />California on March 17~ 1961, for expenditure of funds allocated from the State <br />highway fund to cities; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing estimated <br />expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1962-63 Fiscal Year; and~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is familiar <br />with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that <br />said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures <br />of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of <br />said City, and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works~ <br />State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> PA$SSD AND ADOPTF/) by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br />meeting held on the 19th day of February , 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> <br />¢ RK OF COU IL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORAN~ )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> I~ N~RION SUTTHER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoinO Resolution was regularly introduced to said <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of February , 1962, and <br />was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wits <br /> <br />AYES~ COUNCIL~ENs Royal E.
