BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby <br />directed to immediately forward a certified copy of this Resolution to <br />the Governor of the State of California and to Senator John A. Murdy, <br />Assemblyman Bruce SUmner and Assemblyman Richard T.
