RESOLUTI°N NO. 62-~9 AMENDING THE "DRAINAGE - A <br />PHASE OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL <br />PLAN OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 7, 1961, the Santa Aha City Council, by <br />Resolution No. 61-188, adopted a map based on engineering studies <br />as the Drainage Phase of the Public Service Element of the General <br />Plan for the City, and on March 5th, 1962, adopted Ordinance <br /> <br />No. NS-~O dividing the City into Local Drainage Areas and fixing <br />fees in each Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after further study, it appears desirable to amend <br />the Drainage Phase of the General Plan in One Area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map entitled~ <br />"Drainage - A Phase of the Public Service Element of the General <br />Plan of Community Development" is hereby amended by adopting that <br />certain map entitled "Southeast Drainage Area, Exhibit A", dated <br />January, 1962, which said map shows original drainage facility <br />alignments and alternate alignments in Local Drainage Area No. III. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of March, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CrL'E~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, <br /> <br />do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 5th day of March, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: RoyalE.
