RESOLUTION NO. 62-50 OVERRULING THE ZONING' <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />GRANTING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1593 FILED <br />BY GENE T. AND ALICE MORALES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator, after public hearing on <br />notice, denied Variance Application No. 1593, filed by GENE T. and <br />ALICE MORALES; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission affirmed the denial of said <br />Variance Application by the Zoning Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 55 was duly filed by the <br />applicant requesting a hearing on said Variance Application No. 1593 <br />before the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br /> <br />has decided that the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Co~ission <br />should be overruled, and that said Variance should be granted, subject <br /> <br />to one condition. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants said Variance on Application No. 1593 for that property known <br />and numbered as 1715 South Towner Street in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, and described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 93 of Tract 1531 <br /> <br />in an R-1 District, to allow the construction of a vertical wall <br />along portions of the rear patio roof line. Said Variance is granted <br />subject to one condition: <br /> <br /> 1.
