RESOLUTION NO. 62-51 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE <br /> THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FRANK MONROY and ELIZABETH MONROY have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated February 21, 1962, conveying, for park purposes, <br />a parcel of real property on the South side of Fruit Street, East of <br />Mabury Street, in consideration of the payment of $99,405.00. Said <br />real property is described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 4 of Tract No. 678, as shown on a map thereof <br /> recorded in Book 32, Pages 10 and 11, Miscellaneous <br /> Maps, records of said Orange County; <br /> <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 162 feet of the North <br /> 127 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 47316-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
