ORDINANCE NO. 1045 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ~gENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 <br />CHANGING THE ZONE UPON THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT THE' SOUT~EST CORNER OF FIRST STREET <br />AND ROSS STREET, FROM SINGLE FA~LY RESID~JCE <br />DISTRICT TO BUSINESS NISTRICT. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AHA DO ORDAIN AS FOLL~JS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That Zoning Ordinance Ho. 809 of the City of Santa Ama is <br />hereby amended and the zone upon all that certain real property now in single <br />family residence district at the Southwest corner of First Street ~nd Ross Street <br />and extending 85 feet ~esterly on First Street and 150 feet Southerly on Ross <br />Street from the said intersection, is hereby changed from "Single Family Residenc <br />District" to "Business District" as defined by said zoning ordinance No. 809. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the s~e to be published in three consecutive issues <br />of the 0R~GE COUNTYREPORTER, a daily newspaper, printed, published and circula <br />in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose, and thirty <br />(30) days thereafter shall take effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 1Vth day of May, 193V. <br /> <br />Fred C.
