ORDINANCE NO. 1039 <br /> <br />AN O~DINANCE AMENDING ZONING 0~DINANCE NO. 809 <br />AND CHANGING THE ZONE UPON THAT CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FRONTING ON BROADWAY BETWEEN FIFTEENTH <br />STREET AND TWENTIETH STRh~'I' FROM "SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE ZONE" TO APARTMENT HOUSE ZONE". <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO OP~AIN AS FO~LOW~: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Ana is <br />hereby amended, and the zone upon all that certain real property now in "Single <br />Family Residence District", fronting upon Broadway between the north line of <br />Fifteenth Street and the South line of Twentieth Street, projected easterly and <br />westerly, is hereby changed from "Single Family Residence District", to "Apartment <br />House District" as defined by said Zoning Ordinance No. 809. <br /> <br /> SECTION ~: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of <br />the ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a daily newspaper, printed, published and circulated <br />in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose, and thirty (30) <br />days thereafter shall take effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 1st day of March, 1937. <br /> <br />Fred C.
