Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 15 in Block
<br />"D" of the A. B. Chapman Tract as surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur
<br />in December 1870 and shown on a map thereof recorded in
<br />Book 102, Page 15, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
<br />County, California, said point being East 30 feet from the
<br />Northwest corner Of said Lot 15, said point also being on the
<br />East line of Cambridge Street, 60 feet wide, said point also
<br />being on the existing boundary of the City of Orange, California
<br />as established by "Annexation Number 152", Ordinance Number
<br />12-61, said point also being an angle point in the boundary of
<br />the "Fairhaven and Cambridge Southeast Annex" to the city of
<br />Santa Aha, California; thence South along said East line of
<br />Cambridge Street and its Southerly prolongation and along the
<br />boundary of said "Fairhaven and Cambridge Southeast Annex",
<br />1350 feet, more or less, to a point on the South line of
<br />Fairhaven Avenue, 60 feet wide, and to an angle point in the
<br />boundary of said "Fairhaven and Cambridge Southeast Annex";
<br />thence South 89° 58' 00" West along said South line of
<br />Fairhaven Avenue and along the boundary of said "Fairhaven and
<br />Cambridge Southeast Annex," 37.02 feet, more or less, to an
<br />angle point in the boundary of said "Fairhaven and Cambridge
<br />Southeast Annex"; thence South 89° 56' 55" West, departing
<br />from the boundary of said "Fairhaven and Cambridge Southeast
<br />Annex," along the South line of said Fairhaven Avenue 1312.98
<br />feet, mere or less, to its intersection with the Southerly
<br />prolongation of the West line of Lot 14 in Block "D" of said
<br />A. B. Chapman Tract, said West line also being the East line
<br />of Lot 13 in Block "D" of said A. B. Chapman Tract; thence
<br />continuing South 89° 56' 55" West along the South line of
<br />said Fairhaven Avenue 5.5 feet to its intersection with the
<br />Southerly prolongation of a line which is 5.5 feet West of and
<br />parallel with the East line of said Lot 13; thence North along
<br />said Southerly prolongation and along said parallel line 1350
<br />feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of said Lot 13,
<br />said point being on the existing boundary of the City of
<br />Orange as established by "Annexation Number 10", and adopted
<br />by Resolution Number 893; thence East along said boundary of
<br />the City of Orange and along the North line of said Lot 13,
<br />5.5 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 13 and to the
<br />Northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence East, departing fr~n
<br />said boundary of the City of Orange, along the North line of
<br />said Lot 14, 1290 feet, more or less, to an angle point in the
<br />existing boundary of the City of Orange, as established by
<br />said "Annexation Number 152"; thence continuing along the North
<br />line of said Lot 14 and along said boundary of the City of
<br />Orange, 30 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 14 and to
<br />the Northwest corner of said Lot 15; thence continuing along
<br />said boundary of the City of Orange and along the North line of
<br />said Lot 15, 30 feet, to the point of beginning.
