said Ordinance No. lOV4 relating to area exceptions under General Provisions and <br /> <br />Exceptions, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"9 <br /> <br />Cornices, canopies, eaves, chimneys, or any other <br />architectural feature may extend into any yard for a <br />distance of not to exceed two (2) feet over a width of <br />not to exceed fifteen (18) feet." <br /> <br />SECTION 7: That Sub-paragraph 8 of Subdivision (a) of Section 8 of said <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 10V4 relating to au R-3 Residence District (for convenience <br />~ultiple-Family) is hereby amended so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />called <br /> <br /> "8 There shall be provided on each building-site garage space <br /> for at least one auto~obile for each family ~it or apartment <br /> contained on such site, provided that garage and parking space <br /> capacity for hotels need not exceed one-third the number of guest <br /> rooms.
