RESOLUTION NO. 62-104 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the Northeast corner of Trask Avenue and Cotter Street dedicated <br />vehicular access rights to Trask Avenue; and the present owners have <br />requested the vehicular access rights and the City has determined to <br />grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit- <br />claiming to DON ~. CARLOW and M~.LD~n F.
