RESOLUTION NO. 62-108 ACCEPTING A REPLACEMENT DEED <br />WITH CASH CONSIDERATION WHERE DEED ORIGINALLY ACCEPTED <br />WAS LOST IN TRANSMITTAL AFTER ITS ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City accepted a deed from GENEVIEVE <br />LOWE MARTIN for a portion of Brook Street in consideration of $600.00, <br />which said deed was lost or misplaced in transmittal to the escrow <br /> <br />holder; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a new deed granting said property to the City has <br />been delivered for acceptance as a replacement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
