BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "NEWPORT AND DYER, S.E. ANNEX" <br />is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said territory <br />shall be known for the purpose of this annexation. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that <br />July 23, 1962, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California, is the time and <br />place fixed at which said Council will hear written protests against <br />this annexation made by any person owning property within said terri- <br />tory. At any time before said hearing, any owner of real property <br />within said territory may file written protest against this proposed <br />annexation.
