RESOLUTION NO. 62-112 DECLARING THAT MAJORITY <br />PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION <br />OF TERRITORY UNDER THE NAME OF "FAIRHAVEN AND <br />CAMBRIDGE 'NORTHWEST ANNEX" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held on <br />June 18, 1962, the protest hearing against the annexation hereim-below <br />referred to was regularly held on written notice mailed to each person <br />to whom land within the territory proposed to be annexed was assessed <br />and on regular publication of Resolution No. 62-87 initiating said <br />annexation and giving notice of the time and place of hearing protests <br />thereon, all as provided forby statutes of the State of California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and declares, after said hearing, that a majority protest against the <br />annexation initiated by Resolution No. 62-87 under the name of <br />"FAIRHAVEN AND CAMBRIDGE NORTHWEST ANNEX" has not been made. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 18th day ~f J~ne, 1962. .~ · <br /> <br />tL~R~ oF ~E cOUNCIL / <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 18th day of June, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Royal E.
