RESOLUTION NO. 62-114 ACCEPTING DEED %~ERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />HAZEL M. MO~__R~.~_ hazY_,e presented to the city a deed dated June 13, 1962, <br />conYeying an easement for street purposes over two parcels of real /~ <br />property on the East side of Flower Street, North of Tenth Street, <br /> <br />and surrendering all vehicular access rights to Flower Street fr~n <br /> <br />all of said two parcels~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said. deed is without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
