This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (~0) days <br />from and after its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br />adjourned meeting held on the 30th day of August, 1943. <br /> <br />291 <br /> <br /> <br />
