RESOLUTION NO. 62-116 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SARAH GRUMAN,. .. as Executrix of the Estate of HYMAN //~ Q~ <br />BE~NSTEIN, deceased, has presented to the City & deed dated <br /> <br />February 5, 1962; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PHILLI Guardian of LENA BERNSTEIN, <br /> <br />IncOmpetent, has presented to the City a deed dated May 24, 1962; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, P. BERNSTEIN has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> <br />May 22, 1962; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are presented to the City by said <br />grantors, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side <br />of Fifth Street, West of King Street, in consideration of the payment <br />of $900.00. Said transactions are to be handled through Escrow No. <br />288200-ET with Title Insurance and Trust COmpany, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
