RESOLUTION NO. 62-117 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue <br />dedicated to the City of Santa Aha vehicular access rights on said <br />Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue; and the <br />present owners have now requested driveway locations across said <br />area and the City has determined to gr~t the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit- <br />claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS <br />THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access rights <br />on the Southwest corner of Occidental Street and Standard Avenue, and <br />deliver the same to SONNEBERG BUILDERS, 1822 West Carlton Place, Santa <br />Ana, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C'L~f~ OF 'THE CSU~dIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />1962. <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 18th day of June, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Royal E.
