RESOLUTION NO. 62-121 DECLARING A RENTAL FORMULA <br />FOR SPACE IN BUILDINGS LOCATED IN THE SANTA ANA <br />COMMUNITY CENTER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EIGHTH STREET <br />WEST OF FLOWER STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, constantly increasing costs for materials, services <br />and labor require that the rental formula established by Resolution <br />No. 55-102 be adjusted upward. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby establishes and declares a new rental formula <br />for space in the Santa Aha Community Center area to apply to all new <br />leases, renewal of existing leases or extension of any lease beyond <br />its termination date in those buildings located on the South side of <br />Eighth Street, West of Flower Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Main Building, formerly known as the Administration <br /> Building of the Army Air Force, Western Flying Ccmunand: <br /> <br /> (a) First Floor - Fifteen (15W) Cents per square foot per month <br /> <br /> (b) Second Floor- Twelve (12W) Cents per square foot per month <br /> <br /> (c) Basement - One Hundred Twenty-Five ($125.00) Dollars <br /> per month <br /> <br /> 2. Old Library Building, Eight (8W) Cents per square foot <br /> per month <br /> <br /> 3. Scout Building, Eight (8~) Cents per square foot per month, <br /> provided tenant furnishes its own <br /> maintenance and service of said building. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall supercede <br />Resolution 55-102 and shall take effect on July 1, 1962. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~L~RK OF THE COU~CIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
