RESOLUTION NO. 62-123 ORDERING THE VACATION OF THE <br />PORTION OF RIVERINE STREET BETWEEN EIGHTH STREET AND <br />TENTH STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 4, 1962 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 62-106 declaring intention to vacate and abandon a portion of <br />Rlverine Street described herein and fixing date of hearing on said <br />vacation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on said question on <br />Notice contained in said published Resolution and posting as re- <br />quired by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby finds that the portion of Riverine Street <br /> <br />herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street <br /> <br />purposes and makes its order vacating and abandoning for street pur- <br />poses that portion of Riverine Street in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California described as: <br /> <br />Riverine Street as shown on a map of Gardner and <br />Moye's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana recozded <br />in Book 13, Page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of <br />Los Angeles County, State of California, bounded on <br />the North by the Easterly extension of the Northerly <br />line of Lot 12 and bounded on the South by a line par- <br />allel to and distant Northerly 30 feet, measured at <br />right angles from the monumented center line of Eighth <br />Street. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~LERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962. <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 2nd day of July, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />NOES, DOUNCILMEN: <br />ABS~E~, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Royal E.
