RESOLUTION NO. 62-123 ORDERING THE VACATION OF THE PORTION OF RIVERINE STREET BETWEEN EIGHTH STREET AND TENTH STREET WHEREAS, on June 4, 1962 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 62-106 declaring intention to vacate and abandon a portion of Rlverine Street described herein and fixing date of hearing on said vacation; and WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on said question on Notice contained in said published Resolution and posting as re- quired by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds that the portion of Riverine Street herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and makes its order vacating and abandoning for street pur- poses that portion of Riverine Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California described as: Riverine Street as shown on a map of Gardner and Moye's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana recozded in Book 13, Page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, State of California, bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 12 and bounded on the South by a line par- allel to and distant Northerly 30 feet, measured at right angles from the monumented center line of Eighth Street.
