310 ORDINANCE NO. 1140 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RELATING TO TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION AND TRAFFIC SAFETY PATROL THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section l: The City Council does hereby expressly repeal Ordinance No. 1038 creating a Traffic Safety Commission and a Traffic Safety Patrol in the City of Santa Aha and prescribing rules and regulations therefor. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa Ana Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana and hereby designated for that purpose. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of June, 1944.
