RESOLUTION NO. 62-12~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, VINCENT PUCCI and ADELAIDE PUCCI have PreSented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated June 20, 1962, conveying to the City an ease- <br />ment for street purposes on the North side of Seventeenth Street <br />East of English Street and also granting all vehicular access <br />rights to Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee <br /> <br />for BOYLE ENGINEERING PROFIT SHARING PLAN, Trust %PT 793 has pre- <br />sented to the City a Corporation Grant Deed dated June 15, 1962 <br />granting to the City an easement for street purposes on the South <br />side of Chestnut Avenue West of Lyon Street and also granting all <br />vehicular access rights to Chestnut Avenue as it will be revised by <br />the granting of the easement; and <br /> <br />to the city a deed dated June 25, 1962 conveying to the City, ve- <br />hicular access rights to Memory Lane on the Northwest corner of <br />Memory Lane and Westwood Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br /> <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
