RESOLUTION NO. 62-127 AMENDING SECTION 3 <br />OF RESOLUTION N~. 58-281 TO ADD 'l'~ CLASS <br />TITLE OF "TRAFFIC SIGNAL FOREMAN" <br /> <br /> W~.~b~AS~ on November B~ 1958~ the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281~ revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees <br />of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEBEAS~ it is now desired to add one new class to the list of class titles <br />contained in said Resolution No. 58-281 as amended by Resolution No. 61-219~ and <br />to allocate a salary and wage schedule thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281~ as <br />amended~ is hereby further amended by adding to said Section ~ in proper sequence~ <br />the following class title with the salary and wage schedule set opposite it as <br />next herein set out: <br /> <br /> CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />Traffic Signal Foreman <br /> <br />SCHEDULE NO. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect the 1st day of <br />July 1962. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the ~day of July 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF C~¥.~ORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SbT"I~NER~ do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of Jul~ 1962, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote~ to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />NOT VOTING <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
