SECTION 8: The city Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance <br />and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the~Santa <br />Ana Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa <br />Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose.
