One Moving Notice card shall be located and posted in a con- <br />spicuous place on the lot to which it is proposed to move said building or <br />structure, in clear view and approximately fifteen feet (1§') back of <br />the front property line of an interior lot. If it is proposed to move <br />the building or structure onto a corner lot, a second Moving Notice card <br />shall be located and posted in a similar position and facing the second- <br />ary street. One Moving Notice card shall be posted on the front of the <br />building or structure tob~oved. <br /> <br /> The said moving notice cards shall remain posted for a period of <br />seven (7) continuous days. At the end of such posting time the Moving Notice <br />cards shall be removed by an official of the Building Department. <br /> <br /> Section 4: PRELIMINARY INSPECTION. During the posting time an <br />official of the Building Department shall inspect the building as to the <br />necessary repairs and alterations. <br /> <br /> Section §: PROTEST AND HEARING. If a protest against the moving <br />of said building or structure is filed it shall be in writing and signed by <br />one more individual property owners who own real property within 300 feet of <br />the location to which said structure or structures are to be moved. <br /> <br /> Such protest shall be filed in the office of ~he BuXldlng Depart- <br />ment in the City Hall of said City during said period of required posting. <br /> <br /> The Building Inspector shall cause each and every application filed <br />hereunder to be presented to and filed with the Planning Commission of said <br />city, at the ~rst regular meeting of said Commission following the expira- <br />tion of the seven day posting period, and at the same time shall file with <br />said Commission, any protests that shall hawe been filed with the Building <br />Department. He shall file at the same time, his recommendation regarding <br />the granting or denial of a permit. The Planning Commission shall call the <br />application and any protests for hearing at the meeting at which are filed, <br />and may grant or deny the application at that time, or may appoint a comm- <br />ittee to investigate the application and any protests thereto that may Have <br />been filed, and continue the matter of determination to a subsequent meeting. <br /> <br /> In the event the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />denies an application to move a building or structure, a second application <br />to move the same building or structure to the same property and address shall <br />not be applied for, nor permit granted therefor, within six (6) months from <br />and after the date of the Planning Commission's denial of the application to <br />move said building or structure. <br /> <br /> In the event that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />authorizes the moving of said building or structure to the proposed new <br />location, after a hearing is held as herein provided, the Building Department <br />shall issue a permit therefor, providing all other requirements of this <br />ordinance have been fulfilled. <br /> <br /> Section 6. FEES. Before a permit is issued for the moving of a <br /> <br />building or structure a permit fee therefor shall be paid to <br />Department as follows: <br />TOTAL VALUATION FEE <br /> <br />Less than $20.00 ~o fee <br />$20.00 to and including $100.00 $1.00 <br />More than $100.00 to and including $400.00 2.00 <br /> <br />the Building <br /> <br /> <br />
