The following is a specific statement showing <br />the urgency of this ordinance: ~ <br /> <br /> That the revenue to be derivgd from the taxes to De levied and collected in <br />accordance with the terms hereof is necessary for the preservation of public health, <br />peace and safety; and in order for this ordinance to be in effect in time required <br />9or this year's tax levy, an ordinanqe is now immediately required. <br /> <br /> SECTION 8: The City Clerk snell certify to the passage and'adoption of this <br />Ordinance by a vote of five memoers of the City Council of the 0ity of Santa ~na, <br />and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Santa Aha Register, <br />a newspaper printed, puDlished and circulated in the City of Santa Aha and hereDy <br />designated for that purpose.
