OREIE CE SO. O~DINANCE ~J~ENDIN~ ~ONING ORDINANCE NO. 1074 W~REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha has given notice of public meetings as required by law in connection with the application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties hereinafter described, and has duly held two public meetings upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended to the City Counct~ for adoption an amendment to such zoning ordinance covering a portion of the property included in such application and here- inafter described; and W~REAB, the City Council gave due and regu_lar notice of a public heaming to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity requires the following amendment and change in the. pres- ent classification of certain property in the City of Santa Aha and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classification will not be de- trimental to the surrounding property; NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Sheet 18 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled "AH ORDi~4A~CE ESTABLISHING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA AMA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULATING THE HEIGET OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION; ADOPT- ING A ~AP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR TRE ADJUST~E~T, ~.NDNENT AND ENFORCENENT THEREOF;. PRESCRIB- ING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND KEPEALING ORDINANCE NO. $09 AND ALL ORDINANCES A~E~DATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", be amended to reclassify as C-1 all p~operty now classified as R-5, described as follows: The East 65 feet of the West one-half (W~) of the Block bounded as follows: On the East by North Main ~treet; on the West by North Sycamore Street; on the North by West Washington Avenue; and on the South by W. Tenth Street.
