RESOLUTION NO. 62~-147 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYIN--~ NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EDNA M. LEONARD and D. P. LEONARD have presented to <br />the City a deed dated July 11, 1962, conveying an easement for <br />surface drainage purposes on Westwood Avenue, North of Memory Lane; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~,__A_~ND_R.~..R_~B_B_0ERSMA and OPAL F. BOERSMA have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated July 18, 1962, conveying an easement for 1~ <br />sewer purposes on the North side of Botsa Avenue, East of Harper <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KENNETH B..~RAWFORD has presented to the City a deed <br />dated July 21, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes at I~ <br />the Northwest corner of Eighth and Towner Streets; and <br /> <br /> B.
