RESOLUTION NO. 62-1~8 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br /> THE CITY IS A¥ING A CONSIDmmT ON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GLEN wILLiAM WILSON and FRANCES LOUISE WILSON have ~ <br />presented to the City a deed dated July 17, 1962, conveying a parcel <br />of real property for street purposes on the North side of Edinger <br />Avenue, West of Maple Street, in consideration of the payment of <br />$11,550.00. Said transaction ks to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 47999-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WEDA C. BECK has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> <br />July 16, 1962, conveying a parcel of real property for street purposes <br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Orange Avenue, in <br />consideration of the payment of $22,000.00. Said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 48095-C with Security Title Insurance <br /> <br />Company, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
