1 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> 16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> 18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> $0 <br /> <br />$1 <br /> <br />Resolution A <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6£-154 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA A/qA, CA~LIFORNIA, ADOPTING, <br /> APPROVING ~ OFFICIALLY DESIGNATING BY <br /> NTJMBER CERTAIN PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, <br /> DIAGRAMS AND MAPS, ALL PERTAINING TO THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. <br /> 218. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has previously contracted' <br />with VOORHEIS-TRINDLE-NELSON, INC. to do certain work necessary to <br />engineering and construction of sanitary sewer facilities in that <br />certain area referred to as the City of Santa Ana Assessment <br />District No. 218; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said contract, Voorheis-Trindle- <br />Nelson, Inc. has prepared certain plans, specifications and maps, <br />all pertaining to said district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said plans, specifications and maps of said <br />assessment district have been previously approved by the City <br />Engineer and examined by this Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That those certain plans submitted by <br />Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., heretofore approved by the City <br />Engineer, labelled "Profile Alignment and Grade of Sanitary Sewers <br />to be Constructed in the City of Santa Ana, California, Assess- <br />ment District No. 218", consisting of 24 sheets containing <br /> <br />47 pages, including one title sheet and one title page, are <br />hereby adopted and approved and officially designated as Plan No. <br /> <br />AD-21$ of City of Santa Ana Assessment District No. 218. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That those certain specifications submitted <br /> <br />by Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Inc., heretofore approved by the City <br />Engineer, labelled "Specifications and Special Provisions for <br /> <br /> Sanitary Sewers to be Constructed in the City of Santa Ana, of <br /> California, Assessment District No. 218", are hereby adopted and <br /> <br /> approved and officially designated as Specifications No. AD-218 <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
