Section 13: If any section, part of section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, <br />the remaining provisions hereof nevertheless remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br /> Section lA: Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00, nor more than <br />SBO.O0, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than five days, <br />or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br /> Section 15: The City Clerkmhall certify to the passage and adoption <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three con- <br />secutive issues of the SANTA ANA REGISTER, a newspaper printed, published <br />and cL~culated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that <br />purpose.
