Section 5: That a new Section, to be denominated Section 8eS is <br />hereby added to Ordinance No. 1074 which said Section shall fellow Sec- <br />tion 6. and shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 6.5: ~C' C0~,~RCIAL DIST~ICT (for convenience <br /> called Local Cormuercial District) <br /> <br /> (A) Uses Permitted: <br /> <br /> 1. All uses permitted in the M-l, H-Z, and <br /> R-S Districts, but under the conditions and <br /> provisions set forth in the R-S District. <br /> <br /> ~. The following trades, services, and retail <br /> stores provided, that, with the exception of <br /> automobile parking lots and automobile serv- <br /> ice stations, they are conducted entirely with- <br /> in enclosed buildings: <br /> <br /> (a) Automobile parking lot, but not used <br /> oar sales ~ <br /> <br /> (b) Automobile service station provided <br /> any tube and tire repairing, battery <br /> charging, storage of merchandise and <br /> supplies are conducted wholly within <br /> buildings. Provided further, that any <br /> lubrication or washing, not conducted <br /> wholly within a building shall be per- <br /> mitted only if a ~naso~ry wall, not less <br /> than five ($) feet nor more than six <br /> (8) feet in height is erected and main- <br /> tained between such uses and any adjoin- <br /> ing R-l, R-2 or R-~ District. No pro- <br /> vision in this paragraph shall be inter- <br /> preted to permit general automobile re- <br /> pairing, painting, body and fender work <br /> or steam cleaning° <br /> <br /> <br />
