ORDINANCE NO. lZO1 AI~ ORDINAl{CE A~i~DING ORDINAi~CE NO. 1078, CO~,~IONLY KNOW~ AS THE "FIRE ZONE ORDINANCE". THE CO~i~CIL OF TIM CITZ OF SANTA AIM DOES OHDAIM AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Ordinance Ho. 1078 of the City of Santa Aha, commonly known as the "Fire Zone Ordinance" be, and the same is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph at the end of Section ~ of said Ordinance, said new paragraph to read as follows: "There is hereby excepted from the above described property as constitutin~ Fire Zone No. 1 of said City, all of Block ~ of Palz~er~'s Addition, being that block bou~ded on the North by ~fest First Street, on the South by West Walnut Street, on the West by South Broadway Street, and on the East by South Syc~uore Street". Section ~: That said Ordinance No. 10~8 of the City of Santa Aha is hereby amended by adding a new sub-paragraph at the end of Section $ of said Ordinance, said sub-paragraph to be denominated paragraph "(f) Parcel 8", ~d to read as follows: "(f) Parcel ~: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Broadway Street with the center line of West First Street; thence rtu~ning Southerly in a direct line to the p~int of intersection oft ~m center lines of South Broadway Street and West Walnut Street; thence r~nning Easterly in a direct line to the point of inter- section of the center lines of West Walnut Street and South Sycamore Street; thence rur~uing Northerly in a direct line to the point of intersection of the center lines of Sycamore Street and West First Street; thence r~ning Westerly in a direct line to the point of intersection of the center lines of West First Street and Broadway Street~ and being the point of beginning."
