oRDia c NO. 1 04 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMm~DING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1074 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ann has <br />giwen notice of public meetings as required by law in connection with all <br />applications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein- <br />after described, and has duly held two public meetings upon the question <br />of each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended such amend- <br />ments to the City Council for adoption; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a pub- <br />lic hearing to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing <br />has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that <br />public necessity requires the following amendments and changes in the <br />present classification of certain property in the City of Santa Aaa and <br />that the proposed uses under the proposed new classifications will not be <br />detrimental to the surrounding property: <br /> <br /> NOW ~H~REFORE, T~tE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That Sheet #&3 of the Districting Map of the City of <br />Santa Aaa of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DIS- <br />TRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF <br />LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULATING THE <br />EIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION: ADOPTING A <br />MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TEP~S USED IN SAID ORDINANCE PROVID- <br />ING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; PRESCRIBING <br />PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 809 AND ALL 0RDIN- <br />ANCES AMENDATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR <br />PARTS ~ ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be amended to reclassify as C-2 <br />District all that property now classified as C-1 District and within the <br />following described exterior boundary lines, to-wit: <br /> <br /> A triangular parcel bounded on the west by South Main <br /> Street, on the south east by the Pacific Electric Rail- <br /> way right-of-way, and on the north by the south line <br /> of the Subdivision known as South Santa Aaa. <br /> <br /> That said Districting Map so amended be attached hereto and is <br />hereby adopted and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
