oRDia c NO. 1 04 ORDINANCE AMm~DING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1074 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ann has giwen notice of public meetings as required by law in connection with all applications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein- after described, and has duly held two public meetings upon the question of each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended such amend- ments to the City Council for adoption; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a pub- lic hearing to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity requires the following amendments and changes in the present classification of certain property in the City of Santa Aaa and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property: NOW ~H~REFORE, T~tE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Sheet #&3 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aaa of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DIS- TRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULATING THE EIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION: ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TEP~S USED IN SAID ORDINANCE PROVID- ING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 809 AND ALL 0RDIN- ANCES AMENDATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS ~ ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be amended to reclassify as C-2 District all that property now classified as C-1 District and within the following described exterior boundary lines, to-wit: A triangular parcel bounded on the west by South Main Street, on the south east by the Pacific Electric Rail- way right-of-way, and on the north by the south line of the Subdivision known as South Santa Aaa. That said Districting Map so amended be attached hereto and is hereby adopted and made a part hereof.
