All of Lowell Street between the south line of St. Gertrude Place and the north line of Anahurst Place, and all of Olive Street between the south line of St. Gertrude Place and the north line of Anahurst Place as shown on a map of Tract #651 as recorded in Book 20, Page 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Reference is hereby made to a map thereof adopted by Resolution No. now on file in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 2: The lvth day of November . , 1947 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Santa Aha is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and aban- donment of any of the portions of streets or alleys hereinabove described. SECTION 3: The Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered and directed to post conspiciously along the line of that portion of each street or alley herein proposed to be vacated, notices stating the passage of this Ordinance of Intention to vacate and stating the time and place of hearing herein fixed, which said notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least three of such notices shall be posted along the line of each portion of each street or alley here- in described. SECTION $: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Or- dinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa Ana Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose. This Ordin- ance shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
