WHEREAS, the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT has presented <br />to the City a deed dated July 31, 1962, conveying an easement for I~ <br /> <br />street purposes over the Orange County Flood Control District Channel <br /> <br />at New Talbert Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~OSEPHINE_~_~.TEEL has presented to the City a quitclaim <br />deed dated August 3, 1962, quitclaiming a parcel of real property on <br />the West side of Newhope Street, South of Penny Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
