RESOLUTION NO. 62-16~ ACCEPTING DEED WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. WATKINS, JR. and OPAL T. WATKINS have_~ ! <br />presented to the City a deed dated May 18, 1962, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the South side of Toy Way, West of <br />Newhope Street, in consideration of the payment of $100.00. Said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 47849-C with Security <br />Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
