0 On CE ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING 0P~DINANCE NO. 1074 WHERE.~£, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana has given notice of public meetings as required by law in connection with all applications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties hereinafter described,~ and has duly held two public meetings upon the question o2)each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recom~ended such amendments to the City Council for adoption; and '~HEREAS, the City Council gave due an~ regular notice of a pub- lic hearing to be held 0efore the City Council, ~nd such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity requires the following amendments and changes in the present classification of certain property in the City of Santa Ana and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITEr OF S~uNTA ~A DO 0Pd)AIN AS FOLLOWS: Section l: That Sheet ll of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DIS- TRICTS WITHIN THE CITY 0F S~d~'T..
