ORDINANCE NO. 122S ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1074 W~ER~, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana has given notice of public meetings as required by law in connection with all ap- plications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein- after described, and has duly held two publi~ meetings upon the question of each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended such amend- ments to the City Council for adoption; and W~n~xEAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a public hearing to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity requires the following amendments and changes in the present classification of certain property in the City of Santa Ana and that the proposed uses under the proposed new classifications will not be detrimental to'the surrounding property; NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That Sheet 27 of the Districting Map of the City of San- ta Ana of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LAND USES ~ SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULATING THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION; ADOPTING A MAP OF S~ID DISTRICTS; DEF1NING THE TER~IS USED IN SAID ORDINANCE, PRO- VIDING FOR THE ADJUSTmeNT, ~I~NDIm~NT AND EN?0RCE~KENT THE?W. OF; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS vIOLATI01~ AND REPEfJ~ING 0P~IN~NCE NO. 809 AND ALL 0RDIN- ANCES A~I~DATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLENENTARY THERETO, AND ALL 0RD~ANCES OR PARTS OF 0RDINAN~ES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be amended to reclassify as C-2 District all that property now classified as R-2 District and described as follows: ~ Lot~ 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 ahd 11 in B16ck B o~f/~i_s~er Trac_t,a.~ ~eco~ded in Book 4;Page 90, Miscellaneous Maps,Reco~s or ~ange ~oum~y, ua-x~. That said Districting ~ap so amended be attached hereto and is here- by adopted and made a part hereof.
