For ~e City Hall Bonds No. 3 Bonded Indebtedness Fund, $.01 on <br /> each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> ~or the North Main Street Bridge Bonded Indebtedness Fund, <br /> $.0025 on each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> For Water Bond No. 4 Fund, $.0050 on each $100.00 of the taxable <br /> property of said City; <br /> <br /> For North Flower Street Bridge Fund, $.0005 on each $100.00 of <br /> the taxable property of said City; <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to immediately <br />submit a certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Auditor of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That this City Council, by ~nanimous vote, <br /> <br />by elect to levy a total tax during the fimcal year of July l, <br /> <br />June 30, 1949, for all purposes provided in Subdivision 9 of Section <br />#764 of an Act of the Legislature entitled "An Act to Provide for the <br />Organization, Incorporation and Government of Municipal Corporations", <br />Statutes of 18S3, page 93 as amended, but exclusive of the tax for li- <br />brary, state retirement, recreation, bond, interest and sinking fund <br />purposes, in excess of One Dollar, but not in excess of One Dollar and <br />Twenty-five cents 151.25) on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed <br />value of all real and personal property within the said City of Santa <br />Aha, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION ~: This Ordinance is urgently required for the imme- <br />diate preservation of public health, peace and safety. The following <br />is a specific statement showing the urgency of this Ordinance: <br /> <br /> That the revenue to be derived from the taxes to be levied and <br />collectsd in accordance with the terms hereo~ is necessary for the pre- <br />servation of public health, Peace and safety; and in order for this.Or- <br />dinance to be in effect in time required for this year's tax levy, an <br />ordinance is now immedistely required. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop- <br />tion of this Ordinance by a vote of five members of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana,~and shall cause the same to be published by one <br /> <br />1945 to <br /> <br /> <br />
