RESOLUTION NO. 62-173 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, SAM M. MORINO and SUSIE G. MORINO have presented to the City a deed dated August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for /~ 7/ street purposes on Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and WHEREAS, PEDRO SANCHEZ has presented to the City a deed dated August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and WHEREAS, BULLOCK'S~ INC. has presented to the City a deed dated August 21, 1962, conveying an easement for traffic signal purposes /~73 on the West side of Main Street at Fashion Square; and WHEREAS, PEDRO FRAUSTO and LUCY H...~RAUSTO have presented to the City a deed dated August 17, 1962, conveying real property for /& ~ street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street at Fairlawn Street; WHEREAS, SOUTHEP~N CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has presented to the City a Grant of Easement dated August 21, 1962, conveying an /~ 7 5" easement for street purposes at Grand Avenue and McFadden Street; and WHEREAS, JAMES PAINO and VINCENT PAINO have presented to the - 167 City a quitclaim deed dated August 25, 1962, quitclaim real property for Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
