RESOLUTION NO. 62-173 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SAM M. MORINO and SUSIE G. MORINO have presented to <br />the City a deed dated August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for /~ 7/ <br /> <br />street purposes on Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PEDRO SANCHEZ has presented to the City a deed dated <br />August 25, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes on the <br />South side of Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BULLOCK'S~ INC. has presented to the City a deed dated <br />August 21, 1962, conveying an easement for traffic signal purposes /~73 <br />on the West side of Main Street at Fashion Square; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PEDRO FRAUSTO and LUCY H...~RAUSTO have presented to <br />the City a deed dated August 17, 1962, conveying real property for /& ~ <br /> <br />street purposes on the North side of Fifth Street at Fairlawn Street; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHEP~N CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has presented to <br /> <br />the City a Grant of Easement dated August 21, 1962, conveying an /~ 7 5" <br /> <br />easement for street purposes at Grand Avenue and McFadden Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES PAINO and VINCENT PAINO have presented to the <br /> - 167 <br />City a quitclaim deed dated August 25, 1962, quitclaim real property <br /> <br />for Seventh Street, East of Jackson Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
