X27~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DEC?ARING THEIR INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF BROWN STREET, DESCRIBING SAID PORTION PROPOS~D TO BE VACATED AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF AI.~. PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION C ' the City ouncml after study, concluded that a portion of Brown Street should be abandoned on ~e ground that it is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and has heretofore adopted by Resolution certain maps for filing in the City Clerk's office, graphically showing the parcel herein referred to. o NOW, THEP~FORE, THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Santa ann hereby declares ~$s intention to proceed with the abandonment and vacation said por%~on of Brown Street in the City of Santa Ann, under the of provisions or,Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, which said Act ~S known as the "Street Vacation ~ct of 1941", Chapter 250, ~tat~es of 1941, as amended. SECTION 2: THat said City Council hereby declares its inten- tion to vacate, abandon and close up that portion~ of Brown Street hereinbelow described and as shown on and in accordance with Of- ficial Map on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and reference is hereby made to said map for further particulars; the portion of said Brown Street herein referred to and graphically shown on said official map and proposed hereby to be vacated, lies ia the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, Orate of California and is described as follows: Beginning at the most easterly corner of Block 58 of Santa Aaa East, as per map thereof recorded in Book 10, at pages 43 and 4&, of Eiscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, 0alifornia, and running thence South- westerly along the Southeasterly line of said Block 58, 130 feet to the most Southerly corner of said Block 58; thence Southeasterly 80 feet to the most Westerly'corner of Block 59 of said Santa Ann East; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Block 59, 130 feet to the most Eortherly corner of said Block 59; thence Nor~hwes~erlyS0 feet to the point of beginning.
