ORDINANCE N0.12~ ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINanCE NO. 1074 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Samta Aaa has given notice of public meetings as required by law la connection with all applications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties hereinafter described, and has duly held two public meetings upon the question of each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended such amendments to the City Council for adoption; and W~AS, t~e Oity Council gave due and regular notice of a pub- lie hearing to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing has been duly and regularly .held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity required the following amendments and changes in the present classification of certain property in the City of Santa Ann and that the proposed uses under t~e proposed new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That Sheet $3 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Ann of 0rdLmance Ho. 1075 entitled -AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DISTRICTS WITHIN TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REG~YLATING SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULAT- ING TRE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VEi~TILATION; ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN SAID 0RDI- NANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE AD~US~.~T, AMENE~ENT AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOL~.TION AND ~PEALING ORDINANCE Mo. 809 AND ~.T~ ORDINANCES A~ENDATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be amended to reclassify as C-2 District all that property now classified as R-1 District and described as follows: Lots 7,8,9,10, ll, 12 and the easterly five feet of -1-
