SECTION 4: That the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ane is hereby ordered and directed to post conspicuously along the line of those portions of each street herein proposed to be vacated, notices stating the passage of this ordinance of intention to vacate and stat- ing the time and place of hearing herein fixed, which said notices shall be posted not less than fifteen days prior to the time of hearing herein fixed, and shall be not more than 300 feet apart and at least three of such notices shall be posted along the line of each parcel herein des- cribed. SECTION 5: That Resolution ~umber 3451 adopting s map of a portion of 15th Street and Resolution Number 3482 declaring the inten- tion to abandon such portion of 15th Street, both of which Resolutions were passed end adopted on July 22, 19~6, are hereby rescinded, rep- ealed and declared void. SECTION 6: The City ~lerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa Ana Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that pur- pose. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
