Santa Ana is hereby ordered and directed to post conspicuously along the line of those portions of each street herein proposed to be vacated, no- tices stating the passage of this Ordinance of Intention to' Vacate and stating the time and place of hearing~herein fixed, which ssid notices shell be posted not less than fifteen days prior to the time of hearing herein fixed, and shall be not more than S00 feet apart and at least t~ree of such notices shall 0e posted along the line of each parcel herein described. SECTION 5: That Eesolution Number 3583 of Intention to Abandon that parcel herein described as Parcel Fl, adopted August 4, 1947, that Resolution Number 3612 declaring abandonment of parcels herein re- ~erred to as Numbers l, Q and 3 adopted November 17, 1947, that Resolution Number 3652 passed March 29, 1948, an~ Ordiaances of Intention to Abandon num0er 1211 passed September 15, 1947, number 1214 passed Oeptember 29, 1947, number 1220 passed February 2, 1948 and number 1240 passed February 7, 1949 are hereby rescinded, declared void and repealed. SECTION 6: The City ~lerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa ~na Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that pur- pose. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
