ORDINANCE No. _~ AN ORDINANCE OF Tt~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE NAME OF A CERTAIN STREET AND DEDICATING AND DECLARING THE SAM~ TO BE A PUBLIC STREET THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the name of that certain street within the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, some- times heretofore called Rousselle Street, said street running in a northerly direction and lying between and parallel to Maple Street and Oak Street, being more specifically described as follows: That certain street forty feet in width, adjoining, parallel to and lying easterly of the right of way of Pacific Electric Railway Company as per map of Tract No. ~60, Book 19 , page 2 , Miscellaneous Maps, of reco~ of saiR--6~nty, and as ~ r map of Tract No. 668, Book 20, Page ~, Miscellan- eous, of' records of said County, and the westerly forty feet of Lots l, 2, 3, 4, ~ and 6 of Block "J" in Tract 668 as per map, Book 20, page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, official records of said County; be and it is hereby fixed and established as Rousselle Street and the same is hereby dedicated and declared to be a public street. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and prior to the expiration of two months from the passage thereof shall cause the same to be published three consecutive times in the Santa Aha Register, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose. This ordinan, e shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
