and not as new enactments. <br /> <br /> SECTION ..~: Violation of this Ordinance is a misdemeanor pun- <br /> <br />ishable by a fine of not more then Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by <br />imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than six (6) <br />months or by both such fine ~ imprisonment.
