ORDINANCE NO. lZ58' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ~MENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 86~ <br />PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF TANK TRUCKS UN- <br />ATTENDED. AND PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF <br />AUTOMOBILES WITHIN FIFTE~ FEET OF THE ISLAND <br />AT ANY GASOLINE STATION NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO 0RD,_IN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECT ION 1: <br /> <br /> That Santa Aha Ordinance Number 864, entitled, "AN <br />0RDIN~NCE PROVIDING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS REGULATING THE PL~ND- <br />LING, EEE, PING, STORING, TRANSPORTING AND USE OF INFLAMMABLE LIQUIDS <br />IN TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND PROVIDING OTHER FIRE PREVENTIVE MEA- <br />SURES IN SAID CITY: REPE^LING ALL 0RDIN~NCES IN CONF~,ICT HEREWITH <br />AND PROVIDING A ~ENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, is <br />hereby amended by adding to the end of Section 9, of Article 6, a <br />paragraph to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "It shell be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation to park or leave unattended any <br /> "tank truck",, or any "tank truck trailer" as <br /> defined in this Section, or any vehicle having <br /> a tank with a capacity of greater than twenty- <br /> five (25) gallons which is not permanently <br /> connected by pipe or tubing to the engine of <br /> the vehicle and which tank contains any in- <br /> flammable liquid or petroleum gas, unless the <br /> same is within a locked inclosure and in dis- <br /> tricts Number M-~ and Number M-2 as defined <br /> in the Use Districting Ordinance and isolated <br /> from adjacent buildings. The area where such <br /> vehicles are stored shall be kept free of all <br /> combustible materials". <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: <br /> <br /> That Section 6 of Article 6 of said Ordinance Number <br />86~ is hereby amended by adding to the end thereof, a paragraph in <br />words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
