(J) To deposit any coin, slug or thing in any parking meter <br /> on such lot other than a coin of the United States of <br /> America, of the size or value indicated for use in such <br /> parking ~eter. <br /> <br />(k) To leave any vehicle or thing in any parking stall adja- <br /> cent to or in front of any parking meter at any time be- <br /> tween the hours of seven (?) A. M., and five <br /> <br /> of any day, while or after said meter shows a signal in- <br /> dicating unlawful parking. <br /> <br /> (1) To park or place any truck exceeding two (2) tons in <br /> <br /> gross weight, upon any portiQn of any such parking lot. <br /> <br /> (m~ To drin~ any alcoholic beverage on said parking lot at <br /> <br /> any time of day or night. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION ~: That the Police,Department and/or parking meter <br />officers under the jurisdiction of the Auditor, are hereby empowered <br />to issue Qitatlons in the usual form and manner for any violation of <br />any provision of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION $: That the Police Department is hereby authorized and <br />directed to remove and place in storage, at a regular storage garage, <br />any vehicle left on any such par~ing lot for a period exceeding thirty <br />(30) hours, unless special permission has been granted tl,~/~:':~,;~ by <br />the Chief of the Police Department, for such extended parking privi- <br />lege. <br /> <br /> SECTION ~:, That tD~ Police Department may authorize and order <br />the removal and storage in a regular storage garage of any vehicle <br />which is par~ed on any such par~lng lot in violation of sub-divisions <br />(b), (d), (e), (f) or (1) of Section 2-hereinabove. <br /> <br /> SECTION'6: Unless otherwise declared by Resolution adopted by <br />the City Council, every person par~ing any vehicle on any public <br />parXing lot regulated by parking meters shall 1..~edlately deposit in <br />the meter regulating the par~ing stall occupied by such vehicle, <br />United States coins of the value of ten (10) cents for the first three <br />(3) hours of par~ing time, or United States coins of the value of <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
