ORDINANOE NO. 1241 ORDINANCE ~M~NDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1074 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa A~a has given notice of public meetings as required by law in comnection with all applications to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties hereinafter described, and ham duly held two public meetings upom the Question of each amendment, and thereafter, by resolution, recommended such amendments to the City Council for adoption; amd WHERE_~S, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a pub- lie hearimg to be held before the City Council, and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public mec®sslty required the following amendments and changes in the present classification of certain property im the City of Santa Aha and that the proposed uses under the proposed mew classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THF~REFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That Sheet ll of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha of Ordinance iio. 1075 entitled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DIST- RICTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND EST~BLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS: REGULATING THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VE~TTLATION; ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS: DEFINING TRE~ TERMS USED IN SAID ORDINANCE, PROVID- ING FOR THE ADJ~STNENT, AMENDME~ AND ENFORCEMEIIT THEREOF: PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 809 AND ALL ORDIN- ANCES ~ME~DATORY 'TH~REOF OR SUPPLW~J~TARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS 0E ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be amended to reclassify as C-2 District all that property now classified as R-2 District and described am follows: Ail that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha
