RESOLUTION NO. 62-180 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />at the Northeast corner of Fairview Street and Warner Avenue, <br />dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to Warner <br />Avenue and Fairview Street; and the present owners have now requested <br />driveway locations across said area and the City has determined to <br />grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit- <br />claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, <br />AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular access <br />rights to Warner Avenue and Fairview Street and deliver the same to <br />the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of September, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLE- K OF ffE COUNCIl. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS BROWN, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 17th day of September, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: <br />COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Royal E.
